STUDENT INFORMATION

In the event that I/We cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention at the time of illness or accident, I/We authorize the Education Director of Congregation Beth El Religious School or authorized staff member to take my/our child to the medical personnel listed.  In addition, I/We hereby authorize the doctor or said medical facility to perform any emergency medical procedure(s) necessary for the health of my.our child.

TUITION

Grades K - 7th: $750 before July 31; $800 after July 31 (Class meets Sunday mornings 9:00am - 12:00pm)

Grades 8th-12th: $118 before July 31, $254 after July 31 (Spring Schedule is out now)

There is a $75 deposit per child due at the time of registration.  The remaining balance MUST be paid in FULL by December 31, 2023.

If forms and deposits are received after July 31 the higher tuition will be charged to your account.

Upon receipt of this registration form a charge for the deposit of $75 per student will be added to your account.  We will send an invoice for immediate payment. Your spot is not secured until payment for the deposit is made.

The balance for religious school fees will be added to your account on September 1. Full tuition must be paid by December 31.  Please indicate below how you would like to pay the remaining balance.
