Welcome to our online school registration form. This form allows you to register BY FAMILY.  For religious school questions, please contact Michelle Renfrow - religiousschool@betheltx.org.

STUDENT INFORMATION

In the event that I/We cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention at the time of illness or accident, I/We authorize the Education Director of Congregation Beth El Religious School or authorized staff member to take my/our child to the medical personnel listed.  In addition, I/We hereby authorize the doctor or said medical facility to perform any emergency medical procedure(s) necessary for the health of my.our child.

TUITION

Grades K - 7th: $785 before July 31; $835 after July 31 (Class meets Sunday mornings 9:00am - 12:00pm)

Grades 8th-12th: $118  (To begin in January 2025)

There is an $100 discount for subsequent children in each family.

There is a $75 deposit per child due at the time of registration.  The remaining balance MUST be paid in FULL by December 31, 2024.

If forms and deposits are received after July 31 the higher tuition will be charged to your account.

   K-7th grade registration
   8th---12th--grade-registration

Upon receipt of this registration form a charge for the deposit of $75 per student will be added to your account.  We will send an invoice for immediate payment. Your spot is not secured until payment for the deposit is made.

The balance for religious school fees will be added to your account on September 1. Full tuition must be paid by December 31.  Please indicate below how you would like to pay the remaining balance.
