Join Nikki as she leads us in making a sensational Chicken salad and a Riveting Red, White, and Blueberry Trifle.  These patriotic dishes are fabulous for picnics, Independence Day, Constitution Day, Labor Day, or any other time of year.  Please join us as she demonstrates and we will be able to cook alongside her.  You can find the shopping at the bottom of this page, underneath the Zoom link information.

Chicken salad
2 cans chicken breast drained, rinsed and shredded
I jalapeño diced
1/4 dried cranberries
2 green onions chopped
I stalk celery chopped
1/2 cup mayo
Salt and pepper
Red, White and Blueberry Trifle
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk
2 packages 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix, instant
2 cups blueberries
2 cups raspberries 
2 10 oz. Sara Lee pound cake
1 container cool whip topping
